The info night is an opportunity to find out more about the trip we organise annually to undertake a community rebuild project in Nepal while we soak in some beautiful scenery in Nepal trekking to our destination in the mountains of Nepal.
Lou and Lachhu co-founder/director of the trip will be there on the night to talk about the new itinerary and previous experiences.
Complimentary drinks are provided. If you want to hang around for dinner, its extra.
This trip has been exclusively designed to include a REACH for Nepal building project, trekking, and where practical, a regular yoga session. Historically, these trips have been very popular and provide the opportunity for people to contribute in a very real and practical way to deliver on the objectives of the REACH for Nepal foundation to Rebuild, Educate, Assist, the Children/Communities (giving) Hope for Nepal. Some people have described these trips as one of the best they have had as we make a real difference in the lives of people who need our assistance.
The Oct 2017 group in Nepal
Walk the fabulous Annapurna treks combined with visits to Bandipur and regional Pokhara. Included in the itinerary is the Pokhara Valley with its panoramic view of Machapuchare and the Annapurna massif, picturesque Gurung villages of the hills and stunning vantage points for views of the highest peaks. We experience these highlights while staying at low altitudes where the temperatures remain moderate. The trek pace is relaxed to ensure that the trek is comfortably achievable by trekkers of average fitness. There are some challenging sections though, so it is advisable to practice hill walks and steps beforehand. There is time for yoga, and this will be included in the program by your Australian Yoga instructor and tour lead. You do not need to have done yoga to be part of the adventure, and participation in yoga is optional.
