REACH for Nepal Foundation (RFN) is committed to transparency and accountability.

Code of Conduct

RFN is run by volunteers, including Board members and staff.  The Foundation engages third-party suppliers and contractors, primarily in Nepal, to deliver both development and humanitarian aid projects. A condition of association for any person or organisation with the RFN Foundation will be formal compliance with our Code of Conduct policy. This Policy applies to all associated with the Foundation whether they work here in Australia or in Nepal. 

Child & Vulnerable People Protection Policy

RFN will not tolerate any form of child abuse or sexual exploitation. The Foundation takes the duty of care towards children and vulnerable people very seriously. We commit to the protection of children  & vulnerable people from all types of harm, abuse, and exploitation when delivering on our projects in Nepal. Preventing Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment Policy

RFN will not tolerate any sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment and is committed to preventing and addressing sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment of any person, especially children, and vulnerable adults. Read our Preventing Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment Policy for more details.

REACH for Nepal Foundation is registered with the Australian Taxation Office as an Income Tax Exempt Charity. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
REACH for Nepal Foundation is an active member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and adheres to the ACFID Code of Conduct, which defines minimum standards of governance, management, and accountability of development for member non-government organisations (NGOs). Complaints relating to a breach of the ACFID Code of Conduct can be made to the ACFID Code of Conduct Committee.
